Prosthetic treatment following breast surgery

Our Primary Care Prostheses, designed for gentle and light primary care and homewear, comprise the finest microfibre, micro modal fibre and cotton to protect sensitive skin after surgery. These materials are gentle on sensitive scar tissue, including during radiation therapy. With no visible seams on the outside, these textile breast forms provide lightweight initial compensation and can be filled as required with medical fleece.

The Anita Partial Breast Prostheses are light compensatory cups available in different shapes. Designed to conceal small areas of tissue loss following breast surgery, these silicone forms can be combined with a back section that is filled as required to ensure gentle correction of the breast. With a microfibre backing to keep the skin pleasantly dry and offer a high level of comfort, these breast forms have tapered edges for a smooth transition to the skin.

Full Prostheses, for use after radical surgery, are made of silicone and are designed to balance the breast and conceal unevenness. These prostheses are very similar in softness and weight to the biological breast, and are available in Light and Super Light. With excellent skin tolerance, the Light & Soft breast forms ensure a natural cup shape, optimal fit and freedom of movement. With a breathable, textile, microfibre backing, these forms ensure comfort for all climatic and body conditions, and are also an ideal choice for active women.
